Quotation Mark

The Carson Training team and the New Partner Stakeholder Training Program have been instrumental in the development of our stakeholders. Having a learning forum like New Partner Stakeholder Training to ask questions, connect with others in similar roles, and foster relationships directly with the Carson team ensures a consistent training experience for our new stakeholders, helping them understand the software, platforms, and systems we use. It allows Gold Family Wealth to focus our own training efforts on the specific day-to-day processes of our firm.

Things to Consider Before You Register

We recommend that your new stakeholder has spent a minimum of 1 month with your firm and has a complete understanding of what their role will be at your firm before they come to Omaha.

This comprehensive 2.5-day training is designed to equip new stakeholders with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive at Carson. Recognizing that onboarding can be overwhelming, we focus on the core fundamentals to ensure a strong foundation for success, including:

  • Efficient contact management in Salesforce
  • Managing workload with tools in Salesforce
  • Opening new accounts and completing paperwork
  • An intro to reports and dashboards
  • Understanding Orion downloads and running client facing reports
  • Understanding the tools of the CX
  • Strategy education for Advisors
  • Prospecting tools for Advisors

Please bring a laptop to the event. Sessions will be a mix of lecture style presentations and interactive activities so your new stakeholder can practice what they learn within our systems.

After the event we'll host a series of follow up Zoom calls to answer questions and reinforce what your stakeholder learned in Omaha.

Required Prework

Before coming to Omaha, we require attendees to complete a series of Carson Learning courses and a virtual orientation to Carson. Click here to learn more about these requirements.

Review the full agenda with your stakeholder and discuss what sessions they should attend to obtain the most value from the training. We allow participants to attend sessions on either track during role-based training regardless of role.
